On-Site Clearing Sales are conducted for Rural Properties, Engineering Firms, and Transport Operations as well as general auction work in most regions of Southern Queensland and North West New South Wales. 
 
 
 
Services Provided and Fees 
 

 
 

• On-site mobile office. 
   
  
• Staff will book up the sale, create sales catalogues, provide tax invoices for the buyers, generate account sales and tax invoice for the vendor, provide an unsold report immediately after the sale has concluded. 
   
  
• Direct mail brochures to known buyers for the type of equipment being sold in general. 
   
  Provide a quality public address system, computerised auction management system which is GST compliant. 
   
  
• Make available a marquee if required. 
   
  Control all enquires. Co-ordinate all advertising once a budget has been agreed and set. 
   
  
• Arrange for caterers for the day.  
   
  
• Arrange crane hire. 
   
  Provide on completion, a full hard copy of all advertising, complete list of items sold, the amount, and GST paid by the buyer, our charges, and the GST payable by the vendor.  
   
  
• Obtain and supply REVS certificates for all vehicles on the day of the sale where required. 
   
  Our charges are negotiable depending on size of sale and location.  
   
  
• Advertising (payable by the vendor) is on an agreed budget. 
   
  
• Detailing Facility on site mobile cleaning , spray painting most areas.
