The Auction Yard was established in March 1986 by Directors Graham and Maree Eccles and was named Queensland Machinery Auction Services.
Queensland Machinery Auction Services’ location offers prime exposure to a major highway, with approximately 6 acres of Security Fenced Storage area and a Floodlit Display Area.
The partnership arrangement that we offer and the expertise that Queensland Machinery Auction Services provides enables exposure to new markets. Our unique and independent service is for vendors only, as all stock is on consignment basis only with no pecuniary interest.

Graham Eccles
Graham has been the Principal and Director of Qld Machinery Auction Services since 1983. Graham was born in Dalby.
Graham’s experience in his field is vast. He began his career with Dalgety-Winchcombe in 1981, selling rural properties and conducting rural clearing sales.
Graham remained with this company until 1983. It was then that Graham became the Manager of Raine & Horne Dalby, which he later purchased. He developed this into a large rural-based selling office.

Nathan Eccles
Nathan joined the team at Queensland Machinery Auction Services midway through 2004 to take on the role of Residential Sales Consultant in the Real Estate division of the company. Nathan was born in Dalby and spent his schooling years at Dalby South State School and then proceeded to St Mary’s College Dalby to complete his secondary education. It was then Nathan moved to Toowoomba furthering his studies to obtain a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing and Administrative Management.
